i planted a bag seed about 5 or so weeks ago and its already got little bud sites and is flowering the thing is its in veg i run 24/7 600W MH in my tent.
Im thinking it may be an autoflower but im somewhat of a newbie.
Can anyone tell me the options it might be besides an autoflower? im so curious!!

Fungus gnats are easily taken care of with little yellow sticky traps from wal-mart (around 5$ for a bunch). But where there are fungus gnats there might be fungus. You might need a beneficial fungi and bacteria treatment, dry your soil first before treating it. You might be over watering and creating fungus in the soil(if it is soil) fungus gnats will be present in some soils and coco coir(you don't need to dry coco before treating it) they are no big deal if you don't have an actual fungus problem.

As for your auto-flower, must be exactly that. They tend to be low THC strains.

I don't know how experienced of a grower you are, but you might be over watering, you have to let your plants dry out a bit in between watering in soil. If you just transplanted and you know roots don't go all the way down to the bottom of the pot just water enough to get soil wet half way between bottom roots and bottom of the pot(approximately). Over watering small plants will leave unused water at the bottom creating fungus problems. Feel the weight of your pots wet and dry, know the difference. Don't water when you still have a lot of water weight to the pot. If you want to grow in soil I suggest: http://www.slhydro.com/PRO-MIX-BX-Biofungicide-38cf_p_55322.html

there is also magnesium deficiency as well...
Magnesium deficiency? I think i'd have to disagree with you on that. Looks more like a classic case of over watering to me... Let your soil dry completely before you water.

fungus gnats come because you are over watering and the top of the soil is consistently too wet, and thus growing fungus. Fungus gnats are virtually harmless to the plant though. The larvae will eat nutrients in the soil but that's about it. Just stop over watering and putting sand on top of the soil is a good idea, letting it dry out of course.

don't see any bud sites but DAMN that plant is overwatered in the 5th pic! plus she's hungry feed her! (preferably organic) btw, how much perlite did you use? that stuff fills space that can otherwise hold nutrients, and will run out the soil's use faster. If you did a 50/50 solution for example, you are essentially using HALF the soil and the roots will shoot through that stuff like a rocket, causing it to run out of food quickly.
