If your lucky and they dont herm.If the sack is really seedy I wouldn't even mess with it Nirvana has some deals right now man and every weekend they have a special.5 Fem Snow White $28.00.Ya get what ya pay for man.I guess if ya are still learning then give em hell, get your cloning skillz down and then when ya get some cuttings or some real genetics youll be ready.Good Luck Man.

^yes but some people b e paranoid about ordering seeds still.

about the bagseed, depends on how much space you have? 6 good healthy plants can take up quite a lot of space for an average closet. but also think ahead about cloneing (set aside another place) and sexing them so you won't be wasting your time and space on males

I'm always interested in bagseed, what are the chances It could turn out really really good, assuming you raised it right?

Personally, I'm thinking if you want to flower 6 plants, you're going to need a lot more than 12 bulbs. Sure 2 per plant will work, but i think they always say the more light the better. I have 2 plants i just put into 12/12 like 5 or 6 days ago, and I have 4 x 23w 2700k, 2 x 42w 2700k, and 2 x 26w 6500k, so like 4 bulbs per plant. But I'm sure you can make something work. But if you just want to veg 6 plants, I've heard you can do this quite sucessfully with 1 or 2 bulbs per plant, so starting 12 plants is probably quite possible. Good luck and let us know how it turns out!

Totally, if you just watch your buds, the male flowers are easy to identify before they open and release pollen. The little pollen banannas are the same way, they look "different" than normal, to say the least, like tiny yellow banannas growing outta your bud.

Its more then 2 bulbs per plant since bulbs work on 360 degrees.

Yeah, but CFL's light doesn't penetrate, so i've heard it's a good idea to devote lights to plants and keep 'em close.

Quint, do whatever you like, the best way to learn is by doing! :) But there is a lot of good information on this forum, just keep reading and do what works for you!

it's irritating when people hate on bagseeds. sure the potential for herm is there, but if people didn't grow out bagseeds we wouldn't have strains like chemdog, cindy 99 or apollo 13. soma started the building blocks for his strains when a plant (big skunk korean i believe) went hermie in his room, seeding many varieties of headstash herb. sour diesel, another accidental cross. what other amazing strains could be found just by planting some random shit?

im smoking on my last harvest right now..came from a bagseed...good creeper weed...not harsh at all..smells like sour fuel...its just a 50/50 chance of getting shit genetics or male plants...and luck has nothing to do with getting hermies...the growers are normally what makes hermies...ive never had one and grown a few different bagseeds..and have had 100% females out of all my paid for seeds.if you want to have a good amount of plants that can handle a lower amount of light...try crop circle training.it keep them short, compact, and full of budsites.i have 2 in party cups right now being crop circle trained..had i just let them grow and not trained they would be well over a foot tall right now at a month into veg...but they are barely out of the cups..and they have so much new growth you cant see the mainstem.in the end i plan on having 10-12 party cups and a couple one gallon buckets under ever changing cfl setups that will end will 377 total watts
