Balancing reflectors

Here's an odd one. I have 2 lamps that I balanced with a level. The ends connected to the chains are perfect, the on the other axis they both lean a bit, maybe 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch off level.

Is there any 'official' way to correct that? I'm not sure if it is drastically affecting the coverage pattern, maybe just a little. I may just string together some hex nuts on one side to try to counter-weight the tilt but that's a little ghetto but probably workable. Does anyone have any ideas for an alternative work - around?

Cheers!

I use a small pull strap hook to hanger eye from ceiling to edge of reflector as it will change as you move things around.
