just read a bit here of all the moldy issues in grow rooms. its not just "something that happens" its growing without proper controls.
I've seen some messed up grow spaces here and would bum out if these were in my rental home, if I rented out homes.
landlords might take notice and offer grow rooms in rentals, proper ones maybe. Cali offers lots with some nice spaces ready to grow.
I wonder how can they allow cigs but not medical marijuana.
oh, I get it. "Tenants that take certain classes of drugs will not be allowed to live in this area"

like, no prozac, oxycontin, vicodins, maybe next.....

Ive worked in property management and you're 1000000% right about shithole tenants. I live in an apartment and grow but I take precautions to a whole new level. Carbon filters upon carbon filters upon carbon filters, ozone eater in my attic space, ona gel up the wazoo, no smell outside, some smell when harvesting but it's controlled.

It just adds another level of difficulty.
