It's all BS he alone(if president) does not have the power to decriminalize marijuana nor does any president, it will take an act of congress to decriminalize marijuana, all he could do is refuse to fund the war on drugs and that will never happen....
Just another ploy to get his ass in office to do real damage to our nation. His view of change, look at my home state as well as his 750 million in the hole for just this year alone, huge welfare, huge tax increases 13th highest in the nation, no real medical marijuana laws, super high taxes(his home town Chi has the highest sales tax in the nation at 10.7%), high fees for everything, no smoking laws, you following me. The man will destroy what little of the country is left.
Take a real good hard look at Illinois, and you will find corruption at every turn and no matter what anyone else thinks I know that when you have such close ties to people whom have been or are going to be convicted for mismanaging tax dollars you have your hand out and waiting in line just like the rest of them did and do.
I'll vote for Bin Laden before I vote for O'bomb'a pun intended...
