Got some awesome seeds in holland.
Age: Approx 1 month, 2 weeks
Stage: 2nd Day of Flowering
Setup: 4 4' T8 + T12 Shop lights with 3000k and 5000k bulbs. And 2 2' fluorescent tubes at 6500k.
Grow Medium: Hybrid of ~70% Coco Coir + ~30% Fox Farm Light Warrior + Rainbow Mix Grow in 3 gallon containers.
Nutes: Fox Farm Big Bloom (for all stages), Epsom Salts, Organic Molasses, water pHed at 5.5-6.0.
I hope I do this kali mist justice.
Kali Mist are in the white pots, got two Skunk #1 (Flying Dutchmen's "The Pure") and 1 Shiva Shanti II (she's the little indica looking one.)

Any opinions on whether these lights can successfully flower there strains?
What flowering nutes can I add if I'm trying to stay organic?

You could flower with those lights but the yield will be fluffy and poor compared to HID.

In your grow journal you list using a 600hps, what happened to that?

I lied. I am using HPS for this grow. I got a 20$ econolite in 4 days and set it up in the middle of the grow with the plants surrounding it.
4 Females- 1 Male
The 3rd and 4th picture are of the male and his balls.
He's a kali mist so I'll save the pollen for selective fertilization.
The Second photo is the other KM. It LSTed amazingly well.
Now feeding: Molasses, Epsom Salts, Mexican Bat Guano (High P), and Big Bloom

I tried to kill the gnats all at once with a big dose of peroxide but they're still around. Gonna starve these babies of water until all the gnats are dead.

Found out my biggest plant was a male who just showed late. So I axed him. But I'm keeping around the Kali Mist dad- Putting him in a clear plastic bag today so he doesnt pollinate the others.

At least one of my plants has a magnesium deficiency. Adding Extra Epsom Salts to prevent this. Also raised pH to ~6.5 to prevent nute lockout.

Same feeding as last time + some new FLoroPro or something.

Pic #1: Kali Mist Female (No significant buds to speak of yet)
Pic #2: Kali Mist Male Ballin Out.
Pic #3 Both Together
Pic #4 Shiva Shanti II (Not a lot of bud between the nodes, just new shoots)
Pic #5 A closeup of Shivas main cola
Pic #6 Only Surviving Skunk #1
Pic #7 Skunk #1 Buds
Pic #8 Magnesium Deficiency on Skunk #1

Anyone gonna comment this time? I'm open to suggestions.

just for ur info. PH at 5.5-6.0 is more of a hydroponics ph, which should be around 5.8 if u can get it exact. For soil you're gonna wanna be more towards 6-7, preferably around like 6.2 or 6.4. I'm sure it wont affect it all that much , but ya know, thats what teh xpertz say.

Thanks Socom, I did a lot of research but had been pHing my water way too low. I'm not sure how it affected growth, but I'm definitely bringing it up to 6.5. Good advice.

Update: Buds are really starting to grow, lots of white hairs.
Just harvested the male and will be pollinating selected buds today.
Trichomes are starting to appear near the main colas and on the leaves.
First two are Shiva Shanti
3 and 4 are Skunk #1
5 and 6 are Kali Mist. <This plant makes me glad to be alive.
Still 100% Organic.

Surprising to me...
The Skunk #1 is clearly the champion in trich production so far. Its got WAY more than any of the others and more than a lot of 30 day flower pics i've seen on here.
Pics:
1,2: Skunk #1
3,4: Shiva Shanti
5:Had to sneak in another Skunk shot.. So Frosty!
6-7: Kali Mist

So I went away for a week for Thanksgiving but the entire time I had them in the back of my mind and had really high hopes. Unfortunately I don't think they've really grown that much in the last week though and when i got back there was a semi-serious gnat problem again.

The leaves of the top shoots are turning yellow and dying at the ends, can anyone diagnose this?
I have been going pretty hard on the nutes, could that be it?

I'm growing strictly organic but this is looking to be a skimpy yield for 6 weeks and 2 days. How much am I actually sacrificing by not using chem ferts? These look nothing like the awesome colas I see on here and I've got the genetics! What am I doing wrong?

Do you have a way to check the pH of the soiless medium? I'm guessing it's off, or if you've been "hitting them hard" you may have lockout occuring.

What is happening with ur leaves?? Still organic??
Yes I am Laze but being a little overzealous I thought, "Hmm, an extra scoop of guano wont hurt" every time I watered them so I can imagine there must be a lot of unused phosphorous in the soil. It must have burned them, ever so slightly, but enough to curl the leaves.

I'm gonna flush them tonight pretty well and I'll check the runoff. The one time I did check the runoff it was about 7, not too bad. Bud they don't even know what water tastes like anymore, I just over-organiced them I think. Any remedies for nute lockout?

So the nute burn took its toll but after the flush, they're all growing and maturing rapidly.
How much longer should I wait?
