under a 250w blue spec cfl terra grow nutes an coco coir only thing temp stays around 30-32 Celsius but they seem ok

looks like you have the temp probe up like 4 inches above the tops of your plants? that's not giving you a very accurate measurement. see what it reads right at the top of the plants, I'll bet it's a good bit lower.
