Hi mate if your going to transplant them u should do it before putting them into flower and give them a few days to bounce back...i grew BF blue cheese last year, 2 plants veg for 6wks , 1 was 400mm and 250mm ,in the first 2 weeks of flower the 400mm girl shot to just over 1m and the 250mm went 500mm+, but im sorry to say that the smaller girl went hermie on me and i missed it. 1 poxy pollen pod size of a pin head turned both girls.
smoke was still ok. good luck mate i'll be watching....

Hi Mate, just saw your thread and thought i would add my 2 pence worth!

I just finished a 90w UFO grow, seed to harvest so i will tell you how it is.

-Growth during veg was somewhat slow but the plants grew lots of dark leaves and grew very bushy
-Flipped to 12/12 and the plants shot up quite nicely and had good growth.
-Plants looked healthy, although very small, still in proportion.
-Leaves got coated in trichromes, both sides of the leaf and all over
-Extra resin production made plants smelly and sticky
-Buds didnt really pack on much weight til the last 2-3 weeks, and most of the weight comes from the resin

All in all, i vegged for 5 weeks with extreme LST'ing, and flowered for around 10 weeks.
Final dry weight was around 1oz per plant.
Smoke is nice and smooth, and the high is strong and long lasting.

To conclude, a 90w will mean. Long VEG time, Long Flower time, airy buds that are dripping in resin, resulting in a small, strong personal stash.

Pineapple Express on the left, Blue Widow on the right

Check out thread below if you wanna see what i had done.

If i were you though, i would transplant into a bigger pot, move it into the 600w tent, keep it vegging and LST all your plants to get as many heads as possible, then flower.
Ive just started a 600w, maybe that can inspire you!

Peace!

cheers guys! thanks for your input it defo helps;)
my plants are between 30-40 cm tall and have been vegging for 8 weeks(waiting for 600w and tent to arrive to flower) .. after what you've said neil about yours getting so tall after only 2 weeks in flower i'm now worried about their height when putting them under the 600w which will soon be here.. the tent is only 1.8m tall and i dont want to be burning the buds later on so as you've said tdooda I might have to do some LSTing which i am not at all clued up on. i'll be doing some reading on this technique .
I am going to the local nursery today to get some 18 liter pots and some perlite so i can repot my babies today , let them get used to their new beds and wednesday stick them into their new home with the badboy 600w 12/12 and thats where the fun and challenge is going to start ;)

sounds like a good plan mate..yeah it was amazing to see a plant fly up like that. Lst can be very productive, you might also want to try topping or FIM first. before you lst, anyway what ever you decide to do there is more than enought info on this site alone to help you out.. Looks to me like TDooda is enother scottyballs follower..lol that guy grows some awesome plants mate..you should take a look at his grow journal and see what he gets from 1 plant under scrog and using a waterfram hydro bucket...its jaw dropping....

Heres his journal he has many followers...Pineapple Express G13 Lab's seed to harvest.

LST'ing is very easy.
Just get some coathangers, cut them into 15cm long bits and make a hook on the end.
Grab the main head, bend it down so its level and stake it down.
Repeat that step once the plant grows upwards roughly 3 inches.

:)

1st day of flowering :

they've just had their first night in their new tent under a 600w. temps were 28 lights on and 19 lights off.. its dropped quite a lot even with the oil burnder in there. But its really cold in the garage. they've had a dose of bio bizz bloom which is all i'm feeding them at the mo. i'll probably add something else as well but not sure what.
the two plants that i topped i've tied down the two branches which i'm not sure is right but thought i'd give it a go stopping them from getting to tall and maybe grow more colas.
the lamp was 22 inches away the first night and ive just lowered it to 16 inches.. i'm going to check them later to see if its not too close..
so far so good ;)

day 10 of flowering

temps in day time are around 26-27c . at night temps get down to 12c even with oil heater on full blast. covered tent with rugs and covers and managed to keep nights at 15-17c

i know its low and will stunt their growth but there is not much i can do but put a bigger heater in there.

they're being fed with bioboizz bloom and topmax 5ml of each every 2-3 days.

fan is on during lights on and off during lights off.

white little hairs can now be seen .

i hope the drop in temps wont cause too much of a problem or turn my plants hermy

Dont think they will hermy because of cold..but you will proberly notice the branches going purple or red...some people believe that low temps bring out the colour of the bud...

i've noticed that some of the leaves are having trouble... i'm not too worried (more worried about my plants going hermie on me after what i've read on the net about bfbc)
... have raised the light a little and cut down on the bio bizz bloom and topmax (5ml of each) with water 3 times a week.
will see what happens.

Hmm that might be hard to do for me as the flat gets really fucking cold during the winter :'(

Looking good, as for them going hermie on you, if your that worried just keep an eye on them, they grow single pods in the same place as male plants, you can pick them off as soon as you see them.
