Yeah on the bottle it suggests to only use it every 10-14 days so I'm only gonna use it today any maybe after the first week of flower but yeah I use plain water too. Not so much this grow cuz I'm doing 24/0 but tomorrow I'm gonna start 18/6 for a few days. Gonna make a trip to home depot tomorrow to get the rest of my ducting. Got a nice pair of garden sheers today too haha pretty stoked on them

Hey, I noticed you talking about the LA Woman seedling you have, I just switched my lighting to 18/6 for her and she doubled her first set of leaves in a day. And since then in 3 or 4 days the second set of leaves have really matured and the third set are coming in quickly, I think LA Woman is one of those strains that responds well to the dark in the cycle.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tip! I'm switching to 18/6 tomorrow, I'm gonna do some more trimming tonight and I'll post pics afterwards. My la woman is doing great got her and the papaya into 1 gal pots now.

Just did quite a bit of trimming, I know alot of people don't agree with it but hey what the hell I love it. Not to mention I had major growth last time didn't take as much off this time but still a good amount. Going to start giving them a dark period tomorrow and a foliar spray of some good ole water!!! Got rid of the vortex. Got pretty fucked up and hasn't had any growth in weeks so I decided to can it. Might also get rid of the jv-86. I'll bust out the dwc again after I do more research and gain a better understanding on how to properly use it. Right now it's just causing my other plants to stretch cuz I have to keep the light higher. I might bust out my old grow box and throw it in there under some cfls, any thoughts??

throw it in another chamber or move it to the side dont accommodate for its needs when you have so much better things going on.

day 36!
here are some pics of my girls, trimmed them last night and fed them before lights out today. the critical 47 and purple haze #1 both got full strength nutes and the blue cheese got 1/2 strength. the critical 47 is standing at around 15 inches you can see it in the first pic (top left) smaller one in the same pic is the purple haze, also in the pic is a blue cheese looks different than the others. it looks like the leaves are thinner. you can also see the la woman and papaya in there. now to the other side of the tent! the rest of the pics are the 4 other blue cheeses just looking bomb, there at about 12/13 inches tall any day now you wont even be able to tell i trimmed them hahaha

Day 37. So I've been gone for a few days, my wife just had our son and I come back and my plants look amazing so I grab the critical 47 to bring in the house to show my wife the progress and I forgot to empty the run off in the pot pans and it had some mold in it. I checked aol the other ones and that was the only one with mold. I took out all the pans and washed them out really good. I think I caught it in time. There was no mold on the pot itself so I think I'm good to go what do you guys think?

Ok thanks, this is my first time dealing with alot of these annoying things... The spider mites and mold. Seem to have everything in control now. I got some neem oil I'm gonna use some on my next watering. I remember you saying you treat your plants every two weeks in veg, what about in flower? Do you not want to use it during that stage of growth?

no i dont in flower, but thats only cause ive got some serios bug spray, the kind that kills people lol, but i spray that shit in the perimeters.(at one time on the plants, cause i had it bad) so i dont really have to worry about bugs.

if i didnt have these chems yeah i would spray at least once just at 2 weeks into flower, wont hurt a thing even if you spray late into flower with neem(saying you happen to find some bugs), you just want to rinse everything down really good a few days later.

Ya, I will use neem oil up until about the last 4 weeks of flowering. I always make sure to flush though. I spray the neem oil throughout my soil as I fill up the container, I found this helps early on.

Ok yeah I don't have any pest issues atm just kinda precautions lol probably won't use it during flower unless I need to. Has anyone used super k fulvate??? Got that with neem oil as samples. Just kinda trying a bunch of different products till I find what works best for my grow

fulvic and humic are a great addition to foloar in the right amout(too much will cause burn!) but its also great for the soil and has a lot to do with how weed becomes so fruity, if you grow in peat moss you dont really need any humic/fulvic additives, they wont hurnt anything but they wont really help either since peat moss naturall decays into humic/fulvic acids for your plants. but in other media such as coco and hydro its a good additive to have although easy to make your self with compost tea of mostly peat moss.

Would it make any difference if I mix it in with roots organic soil? For my two smaller plants when I transplant? Gonna read up on it some more to see how I best can incorporate it into my grow.

just add a little to every feeding. that it. like i said doesnt really matter the soil it wont hurt, but for roots yeah wont really matter too much i think there is leonardite in roots.

Ok. Thanks for all the great info. So I know a few local breeders and I'm trying to get some of their seeds but no luck. :( I've smoked some of their crosses before and there really good but their wanting to keep it to themselves. I can respect that tho. One guy gave me some tahoe og x mobboss seeds but I didn't properly store them and they were no good by the time I went to use them.

As a mater of fact my last grow was a strain this guy made, had been working on it for years and wouldn't let anyone get a clone. Got a zip from him and found 20 seeds in a 7g nug. Seems like during harvest he missed a branch he pollinated. Score on my part. He called it grand master kush. Gdp x master kush. Now from what I've heard from a mutual friend his gdp has some haze in its lineage. For the haze bud structure. And there is still an unknown strain crossed into the master kush he used. It was epic smoke! My profile pic is one of the grand master kush.
