Has anyone grown Barneys, Bluecheese and G13?
Im considering purchasing them but i'd to know if the germ rates are good, and if you get any hermies out of the feminised seeds.

I am working with three strains from Barney's Right now Sweet Tooth Blue Cheese and Red Deisel with the last two being fems. I can tell you the germ rates were very good out of 30 seeds 29 germed including all the fems. Out of 9 Swet Tooth regs I got 7 females all are looking great in bud. I would have to sey that the Blue Cheese is not looking as impressive as the other two. I would say try either the Sweet Tooth or the Red Deisel with the Tooth looking the best so far but by just a little. Bothy look awsome. Its not that the Blue looks bad just not as thick with res as the other two. As far as Barney's goes I am very pleased with them so far and will order from them again.

Just germed 5 Blue Cheese and 7 Red D's and all popped thru the soil. They are doing just fine. Go with attitude and you can get some power skunks too. :)_

Just ordered some Night Shade. I think I'm hooked on Barney's for some reason. Everytime I order seeds something from Barney's finds it's way into the bunch. I guess Violater Kush or Morning Glory are next. There prices are right considering they win so many cups.

I just germed a Barney's Red Diesel fem seed, 36 hours from plant to popping the surface.

It's my first experience with Barneys, starting off nicely.

Seven thumbs up! :weed:

4 out of 5 of my G13Haze seeds from Barneys Farm sprouted and matured well. Very consistant variety, but one clearly stands out. It is a fantastic smoke, with a complex, smooth taste and strong effect.
The Violator Kush was another story. 5 out of 5 matured, but 4 were large plants with a strangely weak THC content. The one very nice mother is tall with long leaves, looking very Sativa-like, although the VK is described as a short plant with wide leaves, typical of Indicas in the region. This plant is a not a heavy yielder, but produces great smoke, sweet, sativa-like with a slight musty back taste that you will really notice when smelling the smoke someone else exhales, or leaving the room and re-entering to find a hazy, musty smelling mist still lingering in the air after 20 minutes!
I used to enjoy the English breakfasts at the old Barney's in A'dam, and the Apple pastry with cream!!! mmmm!
