I tried going shallow and wide just to see how the plants would do. The one in the 5'x5' box has about 10 inches of soil in it and is setting on clay that's hard as cement, it's a haze X and is now around 12 ft tall 8 ft wide and just starting to flower. The one in the bag is a Gorilla Glue by Elev8 seeds in about 14" of soil the bag is 6'x2'. They get a bat guano based concoction top dressed on weekly and a tea every week. so far they're the biggest plants in the garden, now to see how they produce.
