bc bud depot girl scout cookies & the purps

hey guys, if you have tried these strains whats your views and opinions thank you.

I would reccomend that you choose a different pollen chucker, err ummmm, i mean breeder! Much better, stable choices out there to choose from at a much better price.

With that said, I had no luck with their GSC. They did not sprout. 2 of the 3 I had, cracked and sprung tails, but never broke soil.

Thre are so many better choices out there when it come the the purps. Choosing a hybrid will give you a better harvest. I have grown BCBD purps a couple of times. My experience was not great. I ran them a few times as I was hoping for a better outcome, but was let down. IMO, I woukd say that the purps are better suited for growing outdoors. Out of ten seeds (100% germ) they were all very Sativa dom. Tall plants with long stretchy side branches. Each plant takes up alot of space but have a small yield. Every plant I had hermed.

The plants produce many smaller buds. None of my plants produced a large main cola. The flowers were loose, and an oz in a ziplock looked huge! None of my plants showed any signs of purple. I will say that the buds smelled amazing, nice and fruity with grape undertones. Smoke was great daytime smoke with zero burn out. You can smoke all day long, and be very productive.

For the high alone, the purps is great. That is why I suggest finding a nice cross with purps in it so that you can try to improves the growth.

There are alot of reviews here on RIU for different GSC and GSC hybrids from seed form. As @hey mikkie said, the only real deal GSC is clone only. You would have to get it from a collective or a dispencery. Your other option, which isa long shot, is to stick around the forums for a while (atleast a year) and become friends and get to know different members. And maybe, if you earn their trust and respect, someone would be willing to hook you up with a cut.

I hear GREAT things about Sin City Seeds GSC hybrids and Cannaventure GSC Hybrids. Unfortunately I have not had the pleassure to run any of these I ran a Cali Connection GSC, and although it was a nice strain, good smoke, I would NOT reccomend it as it really showed no characteristics of GSC.

I am currently 6 weeks in flower running some GSC hybrids from the breeders 14er Genetics, and they are fantastic so far. Great vigor, great smelling, beautiful frosty plants that have some GSC characteristics. They are not finished yet so I cannot give a complete review, but I am happy with them so far. I believe the only place to buy them would be at their dispensary in Colorado and at Firestax .com

The "real deal" isn't released to the public, the forum cut is passed around came from a bag seed. What one might find is "the cookies" Pie Guy would tell "That ain't my shit". So don't feel so bad that it is not obtainable, if you want the forum cut it is easier to find and most dispensaries have their versions. Too much hype related to this strain.

i have bough lots of seeds from bcbd, the purps was like stated above but didnt herm, but throw aways, the blue berry looked great but dried to weigh like nothing, ultimate purple not purple and once again very light, the fire ogbx3 and the big were the only decent phenios i got from bcbd, very disapointed with the rest

bcbd and bcsc seed co's have gone down hill, i bought seeds from both years ago and had nice ,killer plants but recent seeds from them are crap..the nl#5 from bcsc says millions of satisfied costomers on this plant bred for vigorus growth and so on, 15 bucks a seed and i have 2 that are near 3 months old that i was just able to get 3 clones off each a few days ago,,,extremly bad seeds or genetics ive had better faster growth fronm nirvanas nl and seedsmans nl..

I have heard nothing but great things about sin citys gsc and Dr Greenthumbs looks pretty legit too from what i can tell. The rest i'd stay away from. There are plenty of polyhybrids with the forum cut, sfv cut etc that look pretty good too!

B.C. BUDDY girl scout cookies sucks. Got some clones ran two under my 600watt and will never go with B.C. BUD again.

Just want to say I did business with BC Bud Depot and had a great experience .. they helped me when I needed it, gave me excellent service and great pricing and shipping !!! John was an amazing customer service rep and adjust my order after I submitted it online .. anyone who complains about contact and ease of getting a live person must not know how to use a phone. I will repost on quality of products from start to finish but really don't think I have to worry about . These guys are legit ! Thanks BC Bud !!

What kind of set up do you have just wondering

i used hps/mh for 20+ years, just recently switched and doing testing with ceramic lighting, so far so good.. check out my journal to see my current set up..

Do you recommend a blueberry strain that is available from seed? Or maybe a fast purple? (7 - 8 weeks)

How many Ultimate Purps have you run? I've been trying for awhile ... ok smoke, no hermies, but no purple either.

I would try the gods gift ...

bought a hole pack, 12 seeds planed 6 so far, all grew,no purple,no herms, 2 of the 6 wer male, out of the 4 females 2 had better structure,smell,yield, but nothing worth the time, very perfume like smell.. tried low temps,cooler rez, longer bloom, etc, purple leaves,green buds....

bcbd blue berry was far better than dutch passions and even dj shorts, good plant just no color,good yield too.. blue power from vision seeds and blue dream from ? cant think of seed bank atm.. oh and berry bomb from bomb seeds(faster finish,better yield than northern lights w/ verry berry smell n taste)..blue power and blue dream both good producers, good berry smell n taste power needs a longer veg and less bloom time indica dom, dream clones no veg time in sog 9 wks bloom sativa dom..
i would say the blue power is the best as far as getting your money's worth, seeds are pretty uniform n low cost..ive never found a blue berry strain or suppose to be blue plant that actually had color,,blue mystic,7 dif blue berries,blue power,blue dream, never a blue hue and i tried low temps etc...
