BC genetics

Are BC genetics on par with other major breeders or should I avoid them?

I just saw bcseedking offer juicy fruit seeds with purchase and to me thats a really good deal because I've been really wanting to try juicy fruit. If their genetics are good I'll be growin some AK47 and Juicy fruit very soon.

i'd be interested in hearing some testimonials as well, the purps is only $50 for 15 seeds, as oppossed to bcbudonline which is $90 for 10...plus the free 10 juicy fruit seeds..shit.

Also, Some of the strains on bcseedking say BC before them (ex: BC Juicy Fruit) but some don't (AK 47; Purps). I wonder what breeder those are from? The site has "BC" in it, but I dunno if that means they are all BC genetics.

We'll I'm kinda talking about both. I'm talking about BCseedking, and what genetics they are selling. As far as I know BCseedking isn't a breeder just a seller.

mmmmmmmm
Toking this back in 2005 what a smoke! Like an Haze holding some handbag to clout you after!

I believe BC would be sufficient genetics, personalty not grown any.
I am also a good believer in supporting original breeders.

I can say Ive never ad a bad remake (or original) AK 47. Their Ive tried , Serious and Chatter Works . (better was Serious Chatter works seemed like an Indica Inbreed)
Their both Widow X Russian.

I personally think BC to be alike nirvana in that they copy genetics. Maybe not by buying a pack and making F2s. But buy copying with "Their own P1 not the same as the original" makeing it diffrent (then name souldnt be intact as the name will only cover a small part of the plants showing "Strain" Charactisics (when is a strain a strain not just a variety) . Like they sell La Nina. Shantibaba only shares his library with Nev so noway he as allowed the ingredients of that outta the bag, With White Widow, Its totaly stable from the original source and sold as True Breeding. So F2s from that can be as good as the original pack... I dont beleive so many seed companys have the same P1 stock to Widow that was used by Shanti in his Greenhouse days. I meen look to GH Their selling seeds as Widow (neer pure Indica). When its clearly a sativa/indica. Not haveing P1 stock GH now as to either get seed from others(Ingenmar maybe) or make F2s-S1 from F1.

Hope this helps you! Allthough all I have done is mention trying stuff only they have!
Do they still sell BOG-Plan B??? Some of the best genetics grown to date were Lifesaver from BOG - Herijuana from Mota(now sannie). Also get freebies!

I don't know about that. But then again I don't know a whole lot about genetics myself.
I know that the province BC has some of the best bud in the world so why would they need to do what you are saying here.

I've gotten great seeds from bcseedking and the thing that I like about them is that you are not paying a fortune for seeds. Seriously, how do any of us know what the true genetics are? Unless you have ordered seeds from them and grown them yourself I don't really think it is fair to make these kinds of statements.

So far I have ordered a mixed selecton, that came with some free kahuan seeds (which were the bomb)

Then I ordered some white widow, big bud, and got some free bc mango.

Out of all my plants there were only two they I was not happy with BUT they also could have been the left over bag seed that I had. Not sure.

Here are some pics of soem of the plants I have grown from bcseedKing.

I just wish you guys could taste some of this stuff for yourself becaus eits great. I most certainly will order from them again.

Props to you guys at BcseedKing. :)

Hey Lacy
How was that mango? Sounds like it would be delicious? Did it smell like when growing it? Sorry for all the questions?

Lacy, I completely trust they make some pimp buds. I guess I'm just trying to understand who makes what.

It kinda confuses me that some of the strains say "BC ______". I assume that means BC Bud Depot is the breeder? But some don't have any label. Does that mean BCseedking is doing their own version of it?

My first grow I wanted a compromise between good and cheap so I got Nirvana's White Widow. Cheap is still good, but when genetics seem to be everything, its hard to buy what look like seeds without any breeder named.

It smells awesome. The mango has big huge fan leaves too. I never thought I would suggest this but I am glad I got the indoor mix because it gave me a chance to not only research but try another strains that I wouldn't have normally been able to afford. Plus it sort of made me do some research into what was what.

There is mango and then there is bc mango...same with the big bud. The also have a bc big bud. This I have no idea. Your guess is as good as mine BUT that is a very good question.
I might even email them and ask about it.

Good thread by the way ;)

well, I got a reply from bcseedking.com

I have two questions.
first, I want to pay for seeds with a prepaid visa card. How much (US$)
should I put on the prepaid visa for $50 of seeds? second, Who does the genetics on your website that don't say "BC" in front of them.
Thanks
Hi,

Sorry, unfortunately we do not accept prepaid visa card. Try
bcbudonline
or bcseeds.com, they might accept prepaid credit cards. Thank you

Regards
BCSK
They kinda didn't answer the question...

So I replied to that email about a week and a half ago asking "If you don't want to answer the question about who does the genetics, just say so"

I never got a response.
