How do i go about trying to sale some of my newly harvested herb to a club? I am a cardholder in san diego, but i think the clubs are shut down here.

VERY CAREFULLY!!! SD and SB have been the MOST vocal ANTI-MMJ counties in the state and have been very hard on any clubs that have tried to open in the past. They have also sued the state over having to issue MMJ county cards in accordance with SB420 and have refused to issue even when court ordered to do so. Good luck.

Yeah, it is kinda a fine line. As a grower you can be reimbursed for your expenses associated with growing (including your time) the meds, but nothing in the law allows for it's sale. As a non-profit collective or co-op, you can sell products (of any kind) as fund raisers and to pay for the non-profits overhead, nothing wrong with that until you remember that nothing in the law allows for the 'sale' of marijuana (medicinal or not).

Who would buy from a guy named Dirt Hawker? :eyesmoke:

You just go to a storefront, and show them what you've got. With the collective model, they may want you to join the group first.

I have some experience with this, First thing take some samples and drop them off with your # or E.mail.. Dont charge nothing... Take Donations.....Become part of the Collective or Coop, With the Revisions it clearifies what you can do as a patient collective/Coop.. Build some friendships and relationships with some Coops Collectives.. They will if you have quality Meds always be willing to donate to a good vendor..

do you know if the co-op will give you ur "donation" before hand? my plan was a donation of $3g's for a lbs. so 6oz. for $1500 (since the the guideline says patient's can only grow 6oz. for themselves). but do the co-ops need to sell my strain of meds before i get my donation? or do they just give my donation upfront?

consignment? i dont really want a consignment (someone, in this case co-ops, sell the meds then you get paid), i just want to get rid of the extra meds. i prefer a donation once i drop off my extra meds, of couse after they approve and accept my meds, but before they sell.

also i went to pro215.com, what is it? is it a delivery service or what, what should i ask them, where they located, and are they new (nothing under "menu")?. the reason i ask you, Thraxz13, is because my current meds are getting old, but my current harvest is about to end (~1.5 months) and i dont want to call them and ask all these q.'s then not show up w/ the medication after a month or 2.

Check it out, Go down to your local Disp, Collective/Coop.. Take some samples.. If they like it they will take it...I said to call the number because I don't think this is the place to discuss the finer points....I understand your concerns, But remember we are following the State Laws....
Pro215,com is a activism collective as well, Notice the key words "Collective"..So they are there to help out Patients, With info as well as Medication. Prop 215 was made for the Patient, So we can help each other...

I am not a Lawyer and this is in no way Legal advice!! There are still Federal Laws( No matter how wrong) so be careful and safe, Never sell anything.........Verify everything....
