Been out of the game for a while now. T5, CFL or LED?

I have a small cabinet I made that is 41"w by 24" deep by 48" high. How many t5's vs how many cfls would I need to cover the area I have? May just use for veg and build a larger one for flowering. Thanks for the help.

You want atleast 50 wats per square foot of cfl, 100 or more is good. keep them close as possible to the plants without hurting them from the heat

Try the mars hydro 300w. Their like 140 actual. Small, cheap, and effective.
