Begginer Hydro Grower, few questions

Hi All!, welcome to my first post, i wanna start off by saying GREAT SITE the amount of information i have found has been very helpful, i have grown outside many times but i'm moving to a apartment soon so i been playing with hydro, i have made a small DWC System (bubble stone, & small rubbermaid) more of a starer/cloner but i plan on making a 18gal rubbermaid DWC/Aeroponics system soon as the plants are 4" or more, i live in a well known tri-state area in North eastern-US, hydro supplies are hard to find, and often need to be substituted

Firstly Nutes, i cant get straight answers, currently i will been running Vigoro All Purpose plant food(10-10-10) HT suggested 10-5-5 for veg and 8-10-10 for flowering so i figured 10-10-10 is a good medium, could any let me know if this will be ok? also i heard you use half the amount recommended because the nut solution will have direct contact to the roots and wont filter through soil

I have the choice of marbles(yes.. marbles) or aquarium gravel to use for a grow medium(cant find clay rocks anywhere)

also, for setting up my aero system, what common stores could i buy the sprayers at?

ill be using florescent lights(cool white for veg and sunshine for bloom)

Any other tips you guys have for a beginner hydro grower appreciated
