Just hit week 3. The Critical + is really starting to show, shes got some beautiful crowns forming. Slight cal mag deficiency again. Ive been spraying her with calimagic and a bit of the big bloom. Feeding heavy with the bushdoctor lineup as well as ginourmous from humboldt. Very very lightly dosed with the bloom on the foliar feed. But fairly heavy on the calmag as i use ro water for feeding. Shes going to be a beauty for sure.

Now as far as the Bruce Banner, very slow to show. Shes hardly produced any real sign of a crown aside from a few more hairs sprouting out. But she is a 8-10 wk sativa hybrid whereas the critical is a 6-7.

Have clones of the critical and incredible bulk ready to flower at the moment but im going to push them back a month and then flower 6 instead of 2. Spartan kicked the bruce banner clones as i dont like the structure of the plant not to mention the late flower period. And scooped the 9lb hammer back up from the guy with the mother. Popped a Supersonic Cristal Storm auto bean, as well as a bean from my accidental cross between the currant and tangie. I have one more bean of somango in the plug but she likely wont sprout as it was a very underdeveloped white seed. Pics coming tonight when lights kick on.

And the veg closet

Farthest 3 are Critical +2.0

Closest 3 are Incredible bulk. Of which all 3 were light stressed. The plants were in flower for approx a week before i had room to put them in the closet. Apparently, they got used to the light and stressed a lil when i put her back into veg. Shes spitting 5 leaflets again tho.

End of week 3 update. Added some diy CO2 generators. (2) 2 liter types. And a 5 gal bucket. All utilize sugar, yeast, and warm water to produce the CO2. Also, have a friend giving me free dry ice. He sneaks it from his bosses ice cream truck business. The dry ice sublimates at about 10 lb per 3 hrs lights on. Its not bad since hes dropped off between 50 n 75 lbs within the last week. For FREE.

Pic 1 - Critical +2.0; slight calmag deficiency. Been foliar spraying, but apparently too weak in strength. Added a bit more to fix it. Will be fine im sure. Other than that, excelling beautifully.

Pic 2 - Bruce Banner #3; same minor calmag def. Slow grower for sure. Shes probably going to go the full 10 weeks imo. She so much further behind than the critical, developmentally. Yet both were put into flower at the same time.

Pic 3 - C02 generators

Pic 4 - dry ice hanger/top view above the lights.

Also, fwiw heres my light cycle ive been using. Plants love it under these cobs and with the CO2 im dumping in there now, the growth rates off the charts.
Flower = (on/off)
13.5/10.5 for 1st week
13/11 for 2nd week
12.5/11.5 for 3rd week
12/12 for 4th week
11.5/12.5 for 5th week
11/13 for 6th week till harvest.

Edit- i moved the dry ice hanger. As the ice sublimates, snow is essentially produced on the outside of anything that touches or even indirectly touches the dry ice. Which melts. And drips. Im going to leave it at that.

Guys and gals of riu, have started brainstorming some names for my garden/operations. Since i am a legal medical grow, i figured it be time to get a logo/company started. Dont want to disclose anything too much in detail yet but should be within a week ill have everything legit. As far as garden operations, the plants are soaking up all the light, c02, and nutes i can give them. Theyre producing some nice looking buds so far. Ordered a c02 monitor and have been looking online for a tank and regulator system. Gna bite the bullet and get an actual co2 system. These diy generators just run out of oomph after a couple days. Even the big 5 gal. Will post new pics tonight when lights on. Theyre midweek 4.

And the newest toy to add to the collection! Does anyone know if i should calibrate it to outside air prior to using or if it comes preset to the ambient 410ppm or w.e. it is now..

Here they are. End of week 4. Burnt tips like a mofo. That was a my bad. C02 been staying upwards of 2000 ppm. so hopefully thatll help. Also been letting daytime temps increase as the c02 absorbs better at something like 82°f. Not to mention the temp variation between night and day triggers colors. Which im hoping for on this critical +. I can hope. Night temps stay at 64°f.

Bruce Banner #3. End of week 4. Halfway done. :o even though you wouldnt think it. Shes a very slow producer. So many sideshoots i should still chop. But ive decided im leaving them for the wax run. :fire: been pushing heavy feeds on her but cant undestand why some of the older fans are showing signs of drowning yet the tops are nice and pert. Im gna just stay the course and alternate feed & R.O. water with calimagic supplemented.

Heres the tiny veg closet. Thats 10 total plants in there. From back to front, L to R.
2 Critical +2.0 clones
1 Critical + clone & 1 Incredible Bulk clone
1 supersonic cristal storm autoflower & 1 currant kush X tangerine dream cross
2 incredible bulk clones
1 headband clone & 1 9lb hammer clone
All except the headband clone, 9#hammer clone and 1 incredible bulk are in 2 gal fabric pots. The hammer and headband are in 5 gal fabrics, with the 1 incredible bulk in a 3 gal fabric. Side by side with another sister clone in a 2 gal fabric. Want to see if theres any difference in yield. Also, the critical + clones are experiments as well. I bend the top down of 1 (daily), i bend the sideshoots of 1 down daily(leaving top alone), and left 1 alone completely to grow as a "christmas-tree" or traditional style as a control. All those are in 2 gal fabric pots and will be flowered in about 3-4 more weeks in 5 gal fabric pots. Should be a fun run.

Midweek 5 - Bruce Banner #3
Burnt her as well. Pulled all nutes back to ro water for the last 2 waterings. She's really starting to flower now tho. I should go through the canopy and pull off all the yellow and dead leaves. but I wait until they really dampen off before I pluck them. When the buds start forming more, I'll go through and pull off most of the big fans. Unlike the Critical, in which I took very little off the canopy. I did lollipop. But her canopy is too dense. Excessive foliage to bud ratio I mean.

Critical +2.0
She's truckin along. Got some major density. These nugs are rock solid. Wish I would've done more to the canopy prior to flip. Still, she's going to give me a massive harvest. Pushing week 6 now. Burnt tips. Gave RO water only for 1.5 weeks and just fed her for the last time today. Going back to RO water with sugar, till harvest.

Week 6
RO water diet still. Watered today, will start feeding again next water day. Just trying to get a grip on the buildup. My own fault. We live and learn tho right? She's still going to be a great harvest. Veg for bout 5-5.5 months, 8-10 wk flower, I mean she better be. If not, I'm going to rethink my entire strategy as far as growing massive bushes, or growing smaller but more plants. I have an experiment run coming up. Should've been flipped but I pushed it back until after this harvest. As to get a fair analysis. Anyway, back to the banner..

I chopped down the critical. She's trimmed on stem, wet weight = 2.8lbs (1283g). I'll reweigh it, on stems, dry in a week. Then again on the final weight. Sorry I didn't snag a pic of the scale. But the one I have is not for something of that size/quantity. I'll be sure to take them for the other weights tho. It was just really awkward to get an accurate weight. I should've just divided it all up and added it up but I weighed it all at once. I'm proud of it. I'm turning all the trim into wax. That was probably close to 3 lbs wet as well. A fuckton of popcorns and a boatload of sugar leaves. But alot of the canopy was covered. I only kept like the top 6.5-7.5 inches of bud. Everything lower is going toward the wax run. Shits going to be fire.
