best 400 w lighting with cool tube and growing dvds for a turbo garden ebb and flow??

I am looking to get a 400 w hps light to go with a botanicare ebb and flow turbo garden. Any recommendations as far as the light, ballast or combo of the both with fire precautions taken into consideration? I want to sure to make a good choice for quality and fire precaution.

Also, what is a good dvd for learning for a beginner?

Any help is highyly appreciated as always.

Turbogarden ebb and flo grower here. I use an aerocloner and hydroton in mine. Get a 600 and we will prepare grows, notes and techniques.The 400 and the 600 should both work well. Read thru here as much as you can, its much better than any of the grow dvds. There are some good videos on youtube also. Good Luck.
