Best and Worst Strains of 2013

This year has involved tons of weed since i happened to live in the Netherlands for a while. Growth wise my personal faves of '13 are: HSO Blue Dream and RP OG Kush. HSO yields of the charts full of near perfect sugar coated nuggs. RP OG is not a much of a yielder but man, the smoke! This is honestly the o ly weed i've encountered in my life that was way,way too strong. Nearly everyone who smoked it OD'd, started flipping beans and/ or puked. It is a real killer.

Worst strain of this year is RP Confidential Cheese. I was expecting a lot from this but got pure shit. A 15cm plant rhat yielded 7g pf bad tasting u potent schwag, yak...

Smoke wise best have been:
Amnesia Haze
Blue Dream
Kosher Kush
Organic Haze#1

Also gotta say for 30 a pack I would throw the HSO Desert D up against anything I ran last. If you like diesel this was super stank and the best yield I pulled from a first run.

I ran Dr. Atomic's limited edition cross: Atomic Love, a cross of his Atomic NL with Love Potion #1. It was a good strain...with awesome leaf colouring, especially in the NL leaning pheno. The NL leaning pheno had a nice taste, but not memorable, and had a good strong Indica effect. Though not remarkable, compared to other strains I run, it was a solid pheno, with excellent effect. The LP-leaning pheno was more interesting, IMO. Definitely leaned over to the Sativasphere side of things, my guess would be a 70/30 S/I split. It had a much more interesting flavour, very old school smell/flavour...if one likes the sandalwood/cat piss smell/flavour. Nice up effect, clear and long lasting.

I stopped running this strain last run, only because I've got a new pile of Mr. Nice genetics that I'm strain hunting for specific phenos, and only have limited space in my garden...but it was still nice, and I'd do it again, if I had the space.

I got my beans from the VSB, in person.

Damn I've been trying to law low for a bit but I really gotta let the people know...urban is right. I've got an HSO desert D on day 64 of flowering, straight OG lemon fuel and yeild looks stupid. I personally experience slow vegging and weird internodal spacing that almost made me toss her, but I"ll be damned if bud didn't creep didnt creep down and cover every branch.

I was pretty hesitant about HSO in late 12', early 13' but after growing out their Amherst sour D, desert desiel, and bubba kush, I've only watched them out perform my "higher end" beans.

Dinafems OG Kush and Their Cheese.

Honestly if anyone says the above vars are brilliant reps of siad strain their either full of shit or never grown an original.

Sure their both pretty ok as a smoke but their nothing alike as I siad the originals.
The cheese to me is just like Skunk#1 (a good skunk pheno not a cheese pheno)
The OGKush was on par with seedsmans Skunk#1 X Kush (Pot of gold)

Both of the mentioned strains are not strangers to my grows as Ive grown and kept both for over 4 years, I do like idea of finding a great seed version (disease and vigor mainly) of the clone strains but Dinafems versions ar3e as far from original as Australia is to Amsterdam

I'm currently growing Kannabia's Faraona and while I haven't smoked any yet, I'm very impressed with how this strain grows out. Kannabia is pretty hush-hush about the lineage (apparently there's a family that grows/breeds this) but it's definitely indica-dom.

The plant is typical Kannabia as it's a vigorous grower with very stout branches and trunk. Where I get blow away is the number of bud's that are forming on this plant. EVERY branch looks like it should be a cola. My two Faraona's are about 4' tall, great node spacing, and if my semi-expert eye is right, should be a 7 ounce plant.

I've grown several strains from Kannabia and each time I harvest and smoke this breeder's weed I feel I found the perfect plant....only to be more impressed with my next grow of a different strain they offer. I highly recommend Mataro Blue and Karamelo. I suggest chopping at "mostly cloudy" and not wait for amber as I found this is a more uplifting buzz.

You like Rokerij Cheese more?
YES, Rokerij Cheese is pretty good shit yield is medium end but nearer true Cheese than a few others 100X closer than Dinafems Just you wont find them. Petes in jail.
Weather their the same as What Greenhouse as I dont know (rumoured so) A friend of mine run GHS Cheese (both versions) and were also better than the Dinafem and I would never advise that seedbank.

Dinafem are selling on the hope 1 your a noob that as never tried original or 2 in a country the original as never set foot in

How do you like the dina cheese? Have you had the big buddah? if so how did it compare..
Dinafems is just a good Skunk#1, nothing like uk cheese or any cheese.

Big buddas is better by far.
Plenty of BBC around my ways, Personaly like the rokerij as she flowers 8 weeks and is potent.

My favourite Cheese would be Barnies Blue Cheese, I found an awsome one but lost it last year
