I'm going to be moving out soon and I was planning on getting an apartment with a friend and growing like 6 plants inside once I'm there and set.

but

is there a safer and relatively cost effetient place to live and grow in without being bothered?

Keep in mind I live in Southern California, just east of San Diego.

right, but maybe u didnt read my post correctly? im going to be growing in place where i will be surrounded with plenty of other neighbors, i cant exactly grow outside with them all around. so can someone reply with help on this subject?

since you are growing indoors....the best thing you can do that is the cheapest way to go is lots of tin foil and CFL's (compact floresent lights). you should need about two 65 watt CFL bulbs per plant. cool whites are best for the veg state or the daylight bulbs..then for flowering you are going to want warm white light bulbs. this is about the cheapest way to grow indoors when you have limited space and money. also you will want plenty of air curculation so invest in some osulating fans....the setting up of the grow room is pretty much in your hands. so DO YOUR RESEARCH!

I´ve managed with 150euro so far, then of course you have soil, nutes and various + the seed cost. I may not have a great result, but I am very happy with development however (even though I would love to have some of the plants I´ve seen photos of ;) )

I´m doing all basic, 2 auto watering pots, cotton, some normal pots, and my oldest is very healthy, alot of growth but a bit small for her age (but I also suspect that may be partly because of lower temps than usual in this area). We´ll see what comes out of them.

I only use CFL and fluorescent tubes (not nearly enough I should add), approx 200W not counting the fluorescent. Then supplying them with 4-6 hours afternoonsun, either on balcony or window, were they always will have 2-3 hrs of direct sun. I mostly leave them alone (at least now, having done all the errors one can do at the start, overwatering etc etc) and my little girls enjoy themselves without me. I moist depending on temp and how weth soil is, keep bowles of water inside where they "sleep" and so far so good.

Building a darkCLOSIT(!!!!). Took an old closit, destroyed it and then modified/rebuilt it, wonders what you can do with some nails, ducktape, PC vents and so on ;) Can hold up to 6 "normal" Indicas, will be a problem with my skunk though..... This closit will only be used 12/12 stage.

For the rest read stickys, search threads and you shall find ;) And do not take my ideas or thoughts seriously, I´m so fresh and new at this that I blush when I think of it :D But I do have agricultural school, and practice.
