Best dimension for grow bar and panel?

Hello everyone, we're designing one cob grow bar and one cob grow panel, both have 4 pcs top cob cree cxb3590/citizen clu048-1218/vero 29 gen7 for people to choose, each cob runs 50-75w, and 200-300w totally, now we're confused what dimension to make them, anybody would like to share any ideas? any suggestion will be appreciated thanks in advance

One foot apart on the cobs for even light spread.

I would say it depends on the size of your indoor grow tent or room.
say for a 4x4 tent a 36 inch long by 36 inch wide with 3x3 = 9 cobs
a 5x5 tent 48 inch by 48 inch with 4x4 = 16 cobs
for a room depends on the size of the room.

also the color spectrum needs to vary from veg to flower
for a veg tent a mix of 4000k, 5000k, and 6000k
and for flower 2700k, 3000k,and 3500k

I'm wrestling with this as well, though I'm doing a 4x8 space with 32 COBs at 1050mA. (looking for a 1000PPFD) I would assume you want the LEDs spread out, assuming overlap from your LEDs will be stronger than your reflection off your walls. So maybe slightly less space around the edges than in between cobs. But I was referencing Growmau5's videos and his spacing was a little weird to me.
In a 4x4 room with 3 heatsinks and 12 total cobs:
Space between 36" heatsinks is 8.5" from the wall and 15.5" between heatsinks. (this is what I expected)
Space between Cobs is about 12.5" from the wall and 11.5" between COBs. (not what I expected at all)

So now I'm going to watch this thread and see what the experienced/educated folks think.

for 4'x4' tent, is it ok to run two cob bars? each has 4 cob, single at 50-75w, 36'' length?

still under development...36'' is good option
