Best indoor outdoor?

what are the best indoor and outdoor strains to grow? Based on THC potentcey, yield and "taste." I live in the midwest by the Great Lakes and have a really ideal weather once summer comes, I had a little but sucsessful grow this past summer with some bagseed that turned out to be sativa's, the smoke was good but I have bought better and this year would like to grow some "good shit." lol. Being as its winter and snowy here, i am going to get a couple of grows indoors before its outdoor season; so any tips for both indoor and outdoor best strains would be appreciated.
