Best inline fan for intake?

So ive got a nice room starting up but really need some help on my vent set up.

i wanna buy an inline fan to give me the air i need and im not worried about the smell(legall grow). SO.......

Which Fan are you guys useing? my room is like a large closet maybe 4 by 8 feet.

I really wanna know how much power i need to have good pressure.

i use a passive intake i have a 6 inch can fan on a 50 pound filter it works great
and legal grow or not you better filter for smell or someone will come for your weed!

yourrr right bro i havta filter dat smell.. in my highness i sometimes think everyone is cool an not sucked into babylon.

but ive herd of those "can fans" the thing is im going ta have ta take sideing off my house, drill and cut a hole, and mount it, im sure you guys have gone thru this? im assuming i can jus put a vent up and attach the ducting right to the other side...like a dryer vent almos, the just attach the can fan so it's drawing IN air?:peace::confused:

iv also seen them looking like the fan its self attaches to the vent in the wall? how do you really install one.

so ill clear it up
i got a 470 cfm 6 inch fan
and mounted it on top of my filter i opened up a small vent and mounted a screen to it so it looks normal.
you hear nothing and the room stays cool
the can exits to a room next to my grow with a window cracked and you smell nothing.
what i mean about someone coming for your shit is this. my grow is legal but the sacks of shit who are thuggish will bust down your door in a second if they smell weed. so always keep a low profile

yah but im talkin about puting a vent in the wall and puting a duct up to it with the can fan sucking in air. i dont have a window.:cry:


as far as babylon thugs bustin my door down....I just got robed like 1 mounth ago by the cats..they came to my window with a sawdoff shoty:cry: got me fer a little herb and a laptop, luckly me and my two freands did not get hert, they ducktaped me even tho im in a wheelchair paralized ......!?!

They did get fuked by the long dick of the law, and i got ALL my herb back!

That smell has got ta go...........

not sure if i missed sumthin or what but what exhaust fan are you useing i use a passive intake but if you use an ntake fan you dont want it too much smaller than your exhaust or it will impede the efficiance of your exhaust i would suggest just useing a passive intake so you dont burn out one of your fans from overworking it

4x8x8=256cfm cut a hole in the top of wall in room, screw this uphttp://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=52492 go outside put screen up over hole, put vent cover on, sit down and get high, cut a hole at bottom of room for passive intake ,relaxe grow weed probably keep your roo nice and fresh oh wait i forgot the carbon filter... well you'll figure it out

i would have to attach a duct to the blower ta suck the air out of my room.....can you do that?

i was askingabout that specific one, some of them u cant. im just guna get an inline fan and vent it into my attic, guna break down and get co2 setup instead of drawing in fresh air with another inline.
