Hello dear users, as the title suggest I would like to know, what is the best k and Cri for veg and bloom, don't want the plants to strech too much. I will be running them at 36w each, if that matters.

Thank you!!!

I have found a mix. I started with 5000k 80cri for veg and 3500k 80cri for bloom. I have since changed to a mix of 5000k/3500k for veg/bloom and 5000k 80cri/3000k 90cri for bloom/veg. Some folks are playing with 4000k 90cri as well

Bloom/veg means that it more friendly in bloom than in veg?

Anyone else? It is very urgent! I bought the 3500k 90cri version from kingbrite and payed them only to get a message the next they, that they only have 3 in stock, instead of 5. So now I have 2 options, buy another versiom or request a refund and buy from another seller. What should I do?
Also, do I need reflectors?

Your plants usually spend much more time in flower than in veg and the time spent there is much more crucial. 3000K is perfect for flowering and has more than enough blue for veg as well. 80 or 90 cri is a decision you will have to make. There are several threads devoted to testing out which is best, but the verdict is still out. There has been a bit of a trend lately with 90cri for people trying to capture a bit of "magic" with the Emerson effect

I use 3500K/80cri over many plants, 3 years now, from seed to finish. I haven't regretted it.
