I'm looking for the best led for 500.00 or less to cover a scrog canopy in a 3.5 x 3.5 x 5 tent. The scrog netting is approx 3.5 feet from ceiling of tent. Currently looking at this: https://www.ledgrowlightsdepot.com/collections/optic-led-grow-lights-for-sale/products/optic-led-optic-4-grow-light
Optic lights are really re branded Sunplusled lights so you might as well get the cheaper branded versions

http://www.sunplusled.com/280-2/

I would skip them epistar using diodes completely

I like your comment...is there a better option available (for 500.00 or less)...to get the best bang for the buck, so to speak. I have less than a week to make a decision and plug it in. Maybe I asked the wrong question? Best flowering led for 500.00 or less.

I might have to spend more? I need something with a little bigger footprint.
The hortibloom ones advertised on this site are on sale and will beat the optics in terms of efficiency. Quantum's are an option.

I personaly use these and I like them a bunch though they are arranged differently.

You'll need to do some very basic wiring since this is a kit but they have prebuilts and 10 percent off

Go with HLG or autocobs from cobshop.net ..flowering footprint for the optic 4 is only 3x3 ..I have 2 optic 4s they are solid but they each draw 415 watts..I’m running 6 autocobs but next I will purchase QBs from HLG

Three units of LUMA B4 240w citizen 1212 only cost 179.7x3=539.1USD totally including shipping, that's 660w power draw on the wall, dimmable and daisy chain, absolute 4.5' x 4.5' coverage, cost effective option, or just one LUMA P4 320w CXB3590, 329.7usd to cover 3.5' x 3.5', also good.
