Best lights for veg?

I've heard alot of people talking/using the 6500k cfl's, I thought those were the best cfl's for veg until I came across this graph:

Now I've seen this graph quite a few times on RIU, and researching around on my own, has anyone actually tested to see if the 5500ks are better for veg because that's "where the most chlorophyl activity" is, and if so how come htgsupply only sells the 6400k?

If anyone else has any other ideas feel free to post
+ rep for any help too
Please and thanks.

Cmh's are the shit, that's not lie, I plan on having one soon enough.
The only question about the Cmh's i have is; how hot do they get?

The only thing I prolly wouldn't use a cmh for is cloning..

OK man real deal, you need flouros, nothing else for veg. Here's my reasoning...tested and approved. With flouros you can keep the tops VERY close to the lights therefore keeping nodes EXTREMELY close, this will help create fat buds once under a big light. I like to use flouros for veg and then move to HPS for flower. Works out GREAT!

I use both daylight and softwhite cfl's ...I change wich has the most bulbs ... with more daylight during vegging and more softwhite during flowering . This seems to work well for me giving a broader spectrum in both veg. and flowering stages . If the chart is correct maby i need to try just staying with my flowering set up once for vegging and see if it works better ...

Im using cfl's atm, but I was wondering I there is a major difference in veg with the 5500k's compared to the 6500k's
Because according the the grap I posted originally 5500ks are supposed to have the most chloro activiy.

And Jeff, I'd Be curious to see how that worked too..
