Best material/pattern for color blending

So I'm brainstorming a project and I could use some help with optics. What I'm thinking is a single heatsink, lets say a 140mm pin heatsink, with two opposing CCT 90+CRI COBs such as 2700k and 5700k, and two 660nm 20mm stars centered in a basic diamond formation. The most feasible route I've found for a reflector looks to be modifying a downlight reflector. As far as blending the light coming out of the reflector, I'm at a loss as to what performs the best in this situation. Any ideas?

im running this in a dr60 as a veg area but i think i can use it to flower if i need to
