Shantibaba is one of the better breeders but best in the world?? I think you may have mistaken him for Luther Burbank.

Shantibaba has good shit but he only sells F1 hybrids and none breed true. Their is no best breeder in the cannabis industry Nevil and Shantibaba where just in the right places at the right times. Until I see a breeder come out with big fat juicy fruits that breed true like a beefsteak tomato I wouldn't call any breeder in the cannabis industry great. Good sure but great?

But the illegality is a curse we would have had amazing true breeding strains in the 50's if we had been in a free country.

Karma is definitely pretty good and I only got 2 2 packs of freebies. Going to give Bog a run he seems pretty good.

Breeders boutique is my number one, they are the only breeder that I spend money with. I ran some Reserva privada gear, but breeders boutique has phenomenal genetics over there. I'm grown multiple strains from them, and all of them were fire.

GPS - Sky Pilot - Sat dom - Alien Stardawg x Stardawg. Gu (GPS breeder) says the Alien Stardawg is the best female he's ever grown and he was a bodhi tester for years. Alien Stardawg was made by Green Beanz Seeds (lemon hoko) and Stardawg was made by Top Dawg Seeds (JJ). Top dawg and GBS are pretty hard to get so this way you can get both
Bodhi - Sunshine Day Dream (Indica dom). the male Appalachia was lost so these are going to run out soon. any app cross would be solid
Karma or Jaws - karma OG or jaws makes a banana kush IBL

if you want Fems - CSI - he uses a reversed urkle or bubba to pollinate his females

that's more than 3, but should give you some options

I just had to say that to get some to rase up out of there seats LOL LOL.and it worked.they are several great breeders in the states and cal,there several...OLD TIME BREADERS with some shit as good as any where in the world....ky.

I'm wondering if anyone has an opinion on beanhoarder? At hempdepot. I know next to nothing about breeding and I get that he is essentially a pollen chucker, but he is a thorough one at that. He has almost any cross available(of older line genetics) and uses Mr nice, sensi, bros Grimm, and other legendary seed stock for mothers. It sounds as though his stuff might be untested, but he also stabilizes and works lines(blockhead f5).
Just curious what people think, I used him for one of my first grows and the first female I found I cloned and was straight fire. Very impressed on that isolated incident

gu is nothing but a thief. you can ask a bunch of other breeders this. matt riot was ostracized for this, yet gu is supported??? i just don't get it. no integrity what so ever.

I've always been curious and intrigued by bean hoarder as well. I also wish I could be him. So. many. beans.


I seen a picture somewhere on RIU here of a Durban Poison cross that looked killer! absolutely covered in trichs! I think it was the Durban/Kodiak x Godbud.

I have honestly gotten absolutely great results from TGA seeds. I am a legal Canadian patient and grower and I have grown upwards of 100 varieties. TGA subcool's descriptions were very honest for the most part and all of the packs had at least 1 absolutely standout female (most having multiple 'keepers'). I love Pandora's Box, Jillybean, Vortex and Plushberry!! If you like fruit flavors/smells TGA is the top of the mark in my humble opinion.
I have also got great results from DNA Genetics and have come to trust them as my go to for fem seeds.
Chimera and Soma also must get some mention as great breeders with great products however it has been over 5 years since I've grown anything by either.

Sannie deserves a mention. Sannie's Jack's are one the most stable dominating well bred beasts I've ever even heard of. F8 over thousands of plants is more patience than I will ever be capable of myself

Thank you for an interesting read (minus the bickering in the middle) IMO all growers should breed so I'd say the best breeder is yourself

I know most won't agree but that's ok LOL

I breed for early translucent amber trics, a rare Sativa only genetic trait that most don't even know about, it was what made the fire back in the 60's & 70's, I have spent many years bringin that old school high back. And I am a hoarder of old strains as well as many Land Races (bout to work some 70's Dalat beans)

But alas my beans are not in banks though they are growing all over the world because I give em away to any grower that visits

I think we should all breed and that we should should all be sharin amongst ourselves rather than chasin the flav o flav of the month model that has created the new F1 as fast as you can model.

Some one mentioned a light green giggle weed earlier, I have a strain that does that and I have one that is just like doing two lines of coke, breedin is fun !!!

I have one that kills their cramps & pms

Probably will get some hate but I Love nirvana genetics. Aurora indica is such abeast of a strain. Ak48 is great, as is their Bubblicious auto.

Here is a pic of some organic Aurora indica I grew...first time growing that strain too, averaged 5 pounds dry a plant in my greenhouse. Potent, dense, finished early, cannot say enough good about this strain.
