People watch it for the crashes... It is like fishing. Alot of sitting around doing nothing and then a short period of frenetic activity and excitement.

I went to an IndyCar race, last year. My friend and I were so busy watching the far turn that was quickly weeding out the back of the pack, we missed a most spectacular crash right in front of us.

Fishing is peaceful and relaxing...NASCAR is loud n boring...horrible analogy.

i was trying to make a point.

NASCAR is not just a bunch of people going in circles. it starts out with having to build a car in a week that can handle running full throttle for 3+ hours straight. then there is the whole strategy of when to pit, what adjustments to make, how much tire pressure, how many tires. one false move and the day is over. then there is the whole bump drafting at 200 mph thing. NASCAR is like chess, only a lot faster.



most of you have never gone over 90. let alone done it while sideways.

Not true at all...
They find Polar Bears in the Nothern Canadian Provinces all the time... Some get stuck on main land and the ice melts separating them from the artic..

You can also find a Polar Bear in the Tuscon AZ zoo, where the average temperature is ~100 some odd degrees.
