Best results with topping?

Wondering at what node to top my plants at. Anyone have past results on getting the most out of the plant. I saw a video of a guy having a plant that was like 16" tall with lots of nodes then he just chopped it down to the first set of nodes. I would think he would get a short bush. Ill be in the middle of the forest, so im not worried about hight im looking for extra growth/tops yield.

any ideas?

experiment, also look into fimming, its alot like topping, and LST and supercrop, look into all of these because they essencially all do the same thing
