Best setup for yield in my situation?

So here's the deal..
I have a room that's about 14ft x 9ft.
I can only grow 12 plants total. Maybe 18.
I want to go for maximum yield.
Keep in mind I'm running 4x1000w and
I cannot add any more lights, so that's it.

I prefer Hydro..
What's the best kind of system I should run?

Right now I'm running an ebb and gro bucket system (fill/drain) with a 55gal res.. I chose this because I figured I could grow decent size plants in them, rather than flood tables which limit you to smaller plants in bigger numbers.

What do you all think?
Am I correct? Am I running the right system?

3-4 plant scrog under each light using clones from the same strain

hydro method wont matter to much
coir drip system
large auto pot
dwc
what ever you find most simple to use

Rdwc would require me to build my own system correct? What's the best/easiest way to build it, and where can I find a good tutorial?

Also, to the other reply, if I did a scrog how tall would I put the net over the plants (how big before they hit the net), and would any other training be involved? I've always thought of scrogs to be for a large number of smaller size plants..?

Well almost...People overthink their medium way too much. In hydro the medium is used by the plant differently, you really do not need that big of set up for your medium to have huge plants.

Running 12 plants I would go with rockwool slabs cut into 3 pcs approx 12 inches, using a rubbermaid container and hand watering you can produce pound plants all day long.

Using long trays likr this black tray allows you to do multiple types of feeding including hand watering.

But really all you need is a small container running ebb/flow.

Good luck and hope you get a few ideas from this.

net height is not crucial just five yourself space to work under the plants say 1.5ft

on rdwc speed fit tank connectors are the way forward
