Best Time To Plant Worldwide.

Hey Guys, wondering if anyone has any ideas on when it is the best time to start off some seeds outdoors worldwide?

Like dates on best times in USA, Aus, Europe, Asia? Maybe some light cycles? When light is 18/6 (dates of year) and 12/12 (dates of year).

I searched but came up with nothing. This could probably help a lot of growers out.

ok first off the sunlight times are based on latitude. only people as far north as alaska will ever get 18/6. 12/12 are the equinoxes(spelled wrong im sure) sept21 march21
outdorr plant do not wait for 12/12 to flower
They somehow know to flower early so they finish before freeze.
I guess they are smarter than me, lol, cause i seem to always be doing my autum work in the snow
