Best time to transfer rockwool seedlings into waterfarm

Howdy folks,

I was wondering if anyone could give me some direction here. I have 2 seedlings that I germinated in 1x1x1 rock wool cubes. The little buggers have popped out and I just checked the underside of the cube and found both of their taproots are sticking out the bottom searching for water. The cubes are pretty dry themselves at the moment.

My two questions are:

Is it cool to transplant these into my GH Waterfarm, being that they are rockwool cubes? (I'm worried about over saturation.)

If it is okay to set them up, what should the watering cycle be? (Instructions say 1 hour on, 1 hour off)

Sorry to bumb this old thread but im also wondering about this exact thing, as i just got my aquafarm delivered at my house.

I have 2 Chronic Ryders feminized that has been growing from seed in rockwool cubes for about a week+ and they really need a bigger medium now. Will they get the proper amount of air this way or is there an alternative route i could take?
