Best use of available Amps?

Hello all,

Fairly new to the indoor growing game but have been reading these boards alot and have learned a ton.

I have a spare room 9x7x8 (LxWxH) it also has a closet in it that would be perfect for some mothers.

My problem is that the Max amps i can draw is 15. It is a rental or i would run my own lines from the box.

So how best to make use of this space?

1x1000W, 2x600W or CFL?

Kinda a big space for CFL i guess but who knows. I also need to save say maybe 2 amps for the mothers in the closet. So now down to 13.
The original idea for this room was 2x1000W over a 4x8 table (Soil) almost went with it good thing i checked the breaker for that room lol.

Ideas and input would be welcome.

I have a 1000w digital ballast,it draws 8.5amps. Not sure how many amps a 600w ballast would draw but if its 6 amps or less you could run two of those on a 15amp circuit?

It seems the 240v ballasts use much less amperage than the 120v and run much better. I could run 2 1000W Lumatek ballasts off 15 amps with aith a few amps to spare. I have heard of converters for 120v to 240v but don't know how they work or if they would be suitable for a digital ballast.
