Best way to ask a boss/manger for a raise

Totally over medicated and wondering lol

Offer some of that dankness you're smoking to your boss. Either you get a raise or you get to go find a boss who will appreciate such gifts.

Ya, get him or her high and tell'em that you can grow plants like this and make them rich.

i realize we arent in the same area. but down here its quite common to not receive a raise if you dont ask. even if the company gives out regular raises

hopefully you have good performance and bring up your history with the company

Look him in the eye and ask him directly.

Hack the system ...raise wage...add bonus's......increase benefits to you.....increase holiday allotment.....designate yourself a new company car......lower disliked employee's wages............................log out.............go home early as per just released memo.....
start vacation.......sleep great

I used to give people raises accordingly. Sometimes the best thing to do is just ask your boss how you're doing, if they're pleased with your performance and that could get the ball rolling.

Or just politely ask, they're probably going to ask you why you think you deserve one so have a fair but confident response prepared.
