best way to collect pollen

I have about 5 females of Wonder Woman9Ithink it's underated).Acouple free seeds from Nirvana.And a srtawberry coughx bubblegum x Medicine man( most awesome plant).Oh yeah,I have one potent(am smoking some tops right now) Wonder Woman male.I cut down all but 4 branches for light and want to make seeds with both strains.The top blls on the male are still immature ,but the bottom half are probably going to start to open when I water them. What is the best way to collect and fertilize 1 or 2 stems from each plant.I have ziiplock and paper lunch bags.What is the proper time and should I put the pollen in the freezer?How long does it remain viable? My strawberry Medicine man already has little buds and pistils since veg growth. Can I fertilize them with pollen already? Wonder Woman doesn't have actual buds yet.What is the best way and how long should I have bags on females?Should I shake them? any advice is appreciated.I want to get into breeding.

I remove the male flowers from the flower room. Then I collect the pollen sacs with tweezers as they ripen, and put them in airtight containers. I label them and store them in the fridge after letting them get dry. When I want to pollinate a plant I remove it from the room and use a paint brush to apply the pollen to the pistils.

thanks for paintbrush but how long is pollen good refrigerated and when is the best time to pollinate the females and how much do I paintbrush as in if I want a couple hundred seeds of each.BTW made a clone of best strawberry medicine man these are 2 yr old plants on second flower so I made a clone mother.!% out of 15 seeds of it were female but they're regs,sucks.
