I dont really know what you call it but that skin around the seeds is a real pain in the ass to get off when the weed isnt completely dry. I was wondering if there is a standardized way that people take this off when harvesting their seeds. I have a plant that i pollinated and it has hundreds of seeds that i will need to dehusk and i need a better way then im using now(by hand). i pulled about 30-40 seeds from just the pop corn buds last night and it was a pain in the ass. tips or tricks will be greatly appreciated.

should i just wait till the weed is dried to a crisp?

The drier it is, the easier the seeds will come out. I just rip the whole bud apart once it is dry and they fly everywhere. I only pollinate single branches so i don't have to pick through the whole plant. My only suggestion would be to try tweezers.
