my dad said there was a type of weed back in his day that was hella good... like panamanian something or the other?
well basically my aunt tried to prove she was a big stoner to my dad and so he's like oh really?
the next day he invited her to smoke some of the aforementioned weed and he got her so high she never smoked weed again.
id like some of that stuff

Never actually encountered Panama Red or the true Acapulco Gold. In my day and place, it was all "Colombian" aka Bo, unless you found hash, which wasn't common. A not very potent sativa was my old friend Bo, but smoke enough of it - and every we'en was Hallowe'en.

I will say ... the hash nowadays is pretty durn good. The Widowbubble that is one of my current bedtime specials is both tasty and wicked strong ... and not one of those no-troubles Indica sissyrides either. cn

I hit some gold as a youngin and was buzzed to my core, however I was really young.
As a teen I had some humboldt county indica that was very nice. It is still
the bar by which I grade indica. Maybe it just left a big impression but I havent
smoked anything like it again.
Early 90`s i got some honey oil that scared the shit out of me. lol
I couldnt smoke it again. Toooo high!

In the early 70's a relative brought me a lid , yep a real lid, don't remember how much it was but they were small green buds from africa and after two three hits I was sure my legs were gone and they were under the bed. living in Hawaii in the 70's almost everything goood was one hit, smoked Puna stick/bud/ butter , Maui, and Purple Hawaiian, three hits and normal people went to sleep, just very strong...

There used to be a 90+ day White Widow sativa pheno that ran around Arkansas in the late '90s/early 2000's... the buzz from a bong bowl or a small joint of that was enough to wreck your whole day... no bullshit you could smell a joint through a taped-up cigar tube in the glove box shoved between a bunch of dryer sheets. Hell you could smell the unburned joint in the car with all the windows up from 10' away... that was probably the best... w/ the Fort Collins Cough being a close second.

i smoked it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all of the snacks in between

and it never stopped being downright euphoric to smoke

this one time in my first year of uni i took a big hit of ak-48 before i wrote a philosophy final

maybe it was the weed

maybe it was all of the fresh ass in yoga pants in front of me

but i aced that one

the strain was thai back in the 70s. thai stick, not any old thai stick. but, opium dipped thai stick..ahhhhhhh...it was awesome.
just thought about it. the thai stick doesn't count because it was dipped.
i would say kona gold..old school. i grew up in hawaii
maybe puna budda....hmm
