Biden vs Trump

Any state that is legal now actually is in violation of Federal law, they just haven't enforced it.
I live in CT, and my penalty for growing and selling is 5-10 years mandatory and if Federal laws kick in, then its 20 years, plus forfeiture of property, like my house.
Even in legal states if your black market, your fucked..
Vote Dem, and end this shit once and for all.

Full legalization. No half steps. No decriminalization bullshit regarding a plant. Remove it totally from the DEA schedule. I’ve lived it in Colorado, Washington and now Alaska. Decriminalization didn’t do shit towards legalization.

Now that said the fight is not over once it’s legalized. Opposition is becoming more organized and virtually every state could revert with a proposition or amendment in most elections. Meaning you can’t let your guard down at all.

If Biden is changing his tune about cannabis he could get my tentative support. I still consider him the lesser of two creepy old white dudes but without a promise to at least reschedule, I will have no motivation to refrain from making Joe memes.

I'm tired of people acting like Trump is going to somehow forestall the advance of the Chinese Communist Party in its global design.

The previous administration would have won this dispute before it started had bullshit and fear not gotten the better of the TransPacific Partnership. Instead, thanks to the utter lack of business acumen and anti-academic approach to international trade by the current administration, we're ridiculing Jinping for using the phrase "win-win" to describe mutually beneficial agreements while worried about what the Han might be willing to endure in order to dump bonds.

Precisely.

We import nearly 22% of all goods from China. (The world's largest retailer and number 1 on the fortune 500, Walmart, gets 73% of their product from China.)

On the other hand, China only imports about 11% of all goods from the U.S., most of which is oil.

They can easily replace us. We simply can not replace them. You don't start a trade war with someone you absolutely rely on. You simply can not and will not ever win it.

I have a feeling in 20 yrs. we might become more efficient and productive. And with it more jobs. Thank You China!

I hope all realize that virtually every American business in China is there to SELL TO THE CHINESE! The ones relocating outside of China because of this Trumpshit? Moving next door to Vietnam, Laos or off to Malaysia. They’re not there just for cheap labor but to get money from the second largest economy in the frigging world eh.

Your information is not 100% correct my family has plants in china & Malaysia all of their product is shipped back here for sale. When they are finished running your products they run extra for themselves, most look at it as part of the deal.

I’m not 100% but I’m close enough for horseshoes or hand grenades. See below:

“China is vital for many top international brands, but doing business there often comes with a high entry fee.

Some major US companies including GM (GM)and Qualcomm (QCOM) sell more of their products in China than anywhere else in the world.

"Our economic interests with China are significant and growing," said Jacob Parker, vice president of the US-China Business Council, a trade group that represents US companies' interests in China. "China is a $600 billion market for the American economy."

And don’t look behind you because it will slow you down but India is hot on the heels of China. With a huge population of workers of every skill level from manual labor to PhDs in engineering and science. The USA is going to discover in the next decade that all these “sub-par countries” are not as stupid, lazy or broke as the snobs here believe.

Wages are going up in China. Many companies are moving factories to more competitive countries like Vietnam.

And I take it you have never seen Eddy's greenhouse in action. It is a work of art. With or without the plants.
