they are too far along for the foggers, you need to get some safer brand soap, two sponges, and clean each leaf then wait an hour do it again, make sure you get under the leaves really good. pull the plants out vacuum under the plants to get all eggs. Then get some sand put it on the top of the soil about an inch so any eggs in the soil cant hatch and make it through the sand. clean the leaves every day for a week, this should get them, you are pretty far along though you might have to lose those plants, the smoke comes out super airy and there are tons of eggs in there if you dont do it immediatly.
dude also just remember even though dr doom says its ok , it is bad for you to smoke that shit, I used dr doom before and you could taste it, so I water cured all my dope that was fogged. its chemicals dude be careful thats bad for you.
