Big Big Problem

O.K. MY PLANTS HAVE BEEN IN FLOWER UNDER A 600 AND 400 HPS (12 OF THEM) I INTRODUCED A 1000W INTO THE ROOM TO MAXIMISE MY YIELD. I STUPIDLY STUCK THE PLUGS FROM BOTH THE 600W AND 400W INTO 1 TIMER RESULTING IN A MALFUNCTION OF THE SAID TIMER. THE PLANTS HAVE BEEN 2 1/2 WEEKS INTO FLOWERING AND NOW THEY HAVE EXPERIENCED 36 HOURS OF LIGHT. I AM REALLY DEPRESSED. ARE THEY ALL GUARANTEED TO GO HERMY. WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF SAVING SOME BUD BECAUSE THEY ARE SOME SERIOUS PLANTS. THEY WERE VEGETATING FOR ABOUT 8 WEEKS.

1. (IF) WHEN THEY GO HERMY, WHEN WILL THE POLLEN START TO BE RELEASED?
2. CAN I NIP OFF ALL POLLEN SACKS TO PREVENT SEED FORMATION
3. IS THERE A CHANCE THEY WONT GO HERMY?

to my understaning you get hermies from plants that have gone through stress such as nute burn or ph fluctuation.
I dont think you will have a problem with hermie's, if they have been stress free for its vegging life
Ive left lights on/off for 3-4 hours a couple of nights and no nut sacks for me
happy growing

I can't say for sure but I don't think they will all turn hermi, you may be lucky and none of them will turn. My first grow the plants were interrupted so many times while flowering and none of them turned hermi.

Get them back on the regular schedule as soon as possible...what more can you do? Most likely you will not get hermies.
Good Luck!
