Big Buddha - big disappointment.......

Out of a pack of 10 of King Kong 5 have been duds. Never had such bad results. In contrast 5 out of 5 Gorilla Glue #4 germinated within 3 days, growing well.

Update: Tried germinating three more - three more duds. Two freebie seeds germinated in days under the same conditions. No more Big Buddha for me...

I use rooting cubes (like Rapid Rooters). Always get good germination.

Bummer man, probably old seeds. Maybe try emailing them but may not help.

Good luck hopefully they replace them idk there policy but they should as @thenotsoesoteric says there proly older beans he aint as popular as he used to be genetics wise id say so it make sense

One of the major disappointments I've had was from big buddha, circa 2001 I paid £90 from 10 seeds I got two runty seedlings that didn't amount to much.

Decided to try the remaining two seeds. Moist paper towel method - nothing. Ten duds.....
