This hypothetical doesn't work.
They were illegal. To many licences on one address and way too many plants to say they were for a few patients. The majority of this bud would have hit the bm or cc's. If you remove a whack of the illegal supply then those people would be forced to ordering from an lp or another club.

So they fucked up..... didn't sound like a solid supply line then.... must have been the money lure cause if those guys cared about supplying patients they would have produced their extras in a different location. Now if they actually have patients they are in the lurch.

Illegal supply... remove one another pops up.... thats why it's so hard to squash by just busting people.

The more mmar weed they get the less there will be to supply patients...thereby driving them to the Lp's...easy to see that.

If I lost my supply. Knowing full well how it helps me ... as a patient I would find a way to grow my own... taking my health into my own hands because if my dg couldn't supply me or like so many have said ripped off their patient... if the system fails take it in your own hands.
Seeds are easy to get as people have also mentioned here

Pot in Canada is pretty easy to get... might have to look hard at times but the black market is everywhere

Well somebodies buying LP weed.....I know your an LP customer but I also know why. I'm seein more CC bust and mmar bust....I don't think it coincidental really.

Probably supply rec smokers too...sounds fine to me.....otherwise where will all the lawyers and cops get their weed.
The rec market deserves consideration too in my mind. I was rec before medical and I support all lovers of MJ.

Sure they do... hell being a rec user it was great getting high
But when it gets blurred from rec under the guise of med ... not cool
If ya want to have a grow op have a grow op and sell it all... make loads of cash... rip off people if you wish....
But if your med and care about the patients you have why would you fuck that up... not like it's a hard to get thing to stay within the rules

That's what this is sounding like to me. They were abusing the mmar and got caught. To bad so sad. 900 plants outdoors using the hc formula for the mmar makes the 4maximuam patients they could be growing for have astrominical daily limits. Greed kills.

If they weren't hiding behind mmar paperwork for the grow I'd be total fine with what they're doing. I have a problem with growers that abuse the mmar for material gain. Like I've said there's a huge difference between selling a oz here and there to help pay your cost so your weed is net zero cost to you. But growing as a business and using mmar paperwork to hide behind strictly for profit is where I draw the line. Doing that hurts patients even if the weed grown is dispensed buy cc's or dispensarys it still hurts our fight to keep our rights to grow.

I don't think they had 900 outdoor I think it was 900 total inside the greenhouse and outside but either way 4 licences 225 plants per licence. Good luck in court.

This really sucks for all mmar holders, just my opinion.

Never heard of max license for weed. Really you could get almost any amount prescribed. I know of several people with 60gram a day scripts. Average under mmar was 18gram a day iirc. So there are some huge legal grows out there.
