Big dilemma

I have 8 girls that are flowering and another 4 that's are jus starting to flower my dilemma is..... I have mold on the Stalk of one of my big girls and I continue to burn the spot and it continues to spread its not spreading a incredible amount but it is a noticeable amount. Should I chop it in hopes it won't infect the others or you think it will be ok to let it go for a week or 2 while I flush? I'm really at a loss of what to do I don't wanna chop her but I don't wanna risk it spreading to the others that are doing so well. Here is a pic from the first burn and this is from today. and a few more pictures to see the whole girl and her flowerers

Can anyone tell me how close to harvest this bitch is and if I should jus chop it I'm leaning on chopping it but I jus an at a loss

Maybe you can hold out a week more.
But, in your case if you can't stop the mold. Take her as soon as you can. Save what you can.

Is that on the main stalk or just a branch?

I don't know if it would be possible, or even a good idea, but I was thinking maybe you could have possibly wrapped it with plastic wrap or maybe just tape really good. I have no idea , I'm nit an expert but would that stop it from spreading to other plants?

I don't think so it would do more harm to that plant in my opinion wrapping anything tightly around a stem or anything that nutrients pass threw will strangle the plant and possibly kill it. I mean mold fucks it up but it's not killing it lol

Your probably right but wouldn't it take more than just wrapping tape around a stem to cut off nutrients? I've taped up broken branches pretty tight before and they sprung to life. I was just trying to think of a way to confine the spores without chopping. I hope everything works out for you.

I was reading on another thread about using Hydrogen Peroxide to disinfect a stalk. It seemed to work for him, so maybe give that a try? Im not sure burning it would be a great idea..

Thanks I appreciate it! If you were to leave something I there tightly and forgot about it then it could choke the plant out. Bit I hopped everything above the mold then chopped the mold off keeping the rest of the plant growing. And it seemed to me like 85-90 % were cloudy trichs hope that's good it jus haven't reached it fattening up stage yet but it's ok. Hope I'm a ble to salvage the rest with out it getting to stressed I chopped at least 50% of the plant down

Do you have pics of the mold coming back? Or before the burn?

I have used the torch on stem mold and it worked great. How much was it coming back.

Make sure you don't use the knife you used to cut that out on your other plants.

Possibly foliar some Actinovate.

And this is the first time I burn it

hydro peroxide works wonders... use it all the time now.

Ill try that next time lol I. Already chopped her up but I left 50% of her to grow think she will herm from stress?

remember dont ever smoke moldy buds! you can get a lung infection and mold growing in your lungs! happened to a freind, he got realy sick!!

I don't smoke anything that I think could have mold I chop out the mold and try the rest
