BioBizz Acti-Vera!?!

Anyone use this? It's like $25 but it's Only available in Europe so shipping is like $25 too. Anyone use it know if any Real difference than just it being Aloevera.?

It's not allowed in the States as of now, eBay has it but I can't buy it. Must be Good if USA is banning it.!
