Blackberry Jam!

My sister gave me 5, 1 gallon ziplock bags of wild blackberries. Two days ago I sieved and seeded it all, then made jam. The next morning I discoved that I'd made a LOT of blackberry syrup, darn stuff didn't set-up. So after it still didn't set overnight in the fridge, I had to dump it all, re-sterilize the jars and and re-cook the jam (syrup) with low sugar pectin. This time it worked and I've got 18 pints of tasty blackberry jam!
