Blood Orange Shrimp and Scallops

Pretty simple to make. Halve shrimp and slice scallops thinly, fry in butter and black pepper for about three minutes, remove from pan, toss in celery and onion, fry for about 5 or so minutes, then toss in chopped basil and the scallops and shrimp, and add a cup and a half of blood orange juice and water mix, and add one heaping tablespoon of white sugar. Mix well and let simmer for another two minutes to let the citrus do it's work on the seafood, and then remove from the heat and serve over rice.

The stuff I come up with while baked on cannabis!
