Bloodmeal/CaMg foliar spray?

I know I can make a foliar with calmag but I want to add a little blood meal.. my reading tells me that it has been done and works well but I need a ratio and haven't been able to find any clear cut recipes..

Also, I want to be able to use them both in the same foliar.. If they don't have a poor reaction of some kind.

Any suggestions, recipes, personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I forgot to add that this is for soil, because everything is premixed, I want the foliar for deficiencies or otherwise unplanned events that the soil mix doesn't take care of.
