GOP’s FBI ‘Whistleblowers’ Have Clearances Yanked Over Jan. 6 Misconduct: NYT

Three FBI agents, including two who were set to testify before a House Judiciary subcommittee this week, had their security clearances revoked recently over concerns about their views on—and participation in—the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, according to The New York Times. The individuals who had their security clearances pulled were identified as Stephen Friend, Marcus Allen, and Brett Gloss in a letter from the bureau to Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. All three men have been suspended by the FBI as investigators review their cases, the Times said. Friend and Allen, identified as “whistleblowers” by the committee, are expected to answer questions from its Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government in a Thursday hearing. Friend’s top-secret clearance was revoked Tuesday after investigators in the bureau’s security division determined that he, among other instances of alleged misconduct, had “espoused an alternative narrative about the events at the U.S. Capitol,” according to the letter. Allen’s was revoked earlier this month after he failed to report publicly available information about a Jan. 6 suspect that he “should have” obtained for a case. “This is a last minute Hail Mary from the FBI in a desperate attempt to salvage their reputation after John Durham illuminated their election interference and before brave whistleblowers testify about the agency’s politicized behavior and retaliation against anyone who dares speak out,” Russell Dye, a spokesperson for Jordan, said.

No one, not even most trump supporters believe this bullshit. They know this sub committee is a farce but it’s feeding them with what they want to hear, even though they know it’s a lie, Country be damned.

This goes beyond politics and into conspiracy to obstruct justice, let's see what Gym does when Trump is indicted over the MAL docs and obstruction cases. Maybe Jack has Donald wired up and could catch some conversations with Gym and others, it would make sense if he was investigating an ongoing conspiracy involving members of congress. Kash was involved in J6 up to his eyeballs being Trump's traitor at the Pentagon and he probably prevented help from arriving at the capitol in a timely manner.

I really do hope that he is on Jack's target list with a few others in congress. I also hope Jack has Trump wired for sound and is recording all his conversations with republicans. Jack has ample evidence and cause to get wire taps on Trump since he is conducting a massive criminal conspiracy case and I hope he has some conversations with Jim recorded. Why not? When Rudi was a DA he had mob boss John Gotti wired for sound for years on a lot less evidence. The FBI has lots of people under surveillance using wire taps for lesser crimes and with less evidence, but I suppose Donald is special and the rules that apply to normal people don't apply to him or Gym. If they don't have him wired for sound, what excuse could they have for not doing so? I mean compared to how they treat other people who they have less grounds to obtain a warrant on and the ongoing criminal conspiracy to obstruct justice. Why not have Trump wired for sound and why not months or years ago?
