NOTE: so far average temps have been 72 during the day and 64 at night. Humidity is my issue at a whopping 28%.

Normally the room my boxes are in sits around 50-60% humidity. But now that it’s winter and heat pumping into the room that has dropped.

Invested in a 50w fish tank heater. Installing it to the bottom of a 6 gallon bucket with water. The warm water should evaporate and slowly raise the humidity in my room until spring time when I can open up the window.

Purple Haze week 4. Topped one last time for 8 leaders. I damaged one while pinching too hard the other day.. Looks like it will grow but much slower. Now to let her take off! LST and scrog soon to come.

Blue Haze veg week 1. I noticed yellowing 2 days ago so I started nute feeding. I was going to start feeding anyways. Next day oldest leaves were getting brown and crispy. Lights had to be the issue. Raised them a ways. Good watering. Hopes and prayers. New growth looks ok. Trimmed bottom leaves.

Hope BH will be much better come next week.

Purple Haze veg week 5. Trimming here and there and LST. Damaged branch still pushing. Just slower. Proof you can rough these ladies up. Time to let her push and eventually start SCROG.

Blue Haze veg week 2. Hopefully recovering from low PH in the soil. Got runoff up to 7.1ph from a 5.2ph a few days ago. Looking better besides some light discoloration. First nutes feeding happened today. Should see some kind of sign next week. Topped once.

Blue Haze veg week 3. Topped once. Nute feedings and proper PH helped her bounce back but she’s still a fighter.

Purple Haze veg week 7. Continue with the scrog. Trimming fan leaves blocking younger growth. Another week and a half before light flip.

Blue Haze veg week 4. She’s a little behind compared to Purple week 4. But we had that PH issue. Topped 2 for 4. Now for a good push before final top.

Both plants swapped boxes.

Purple Haze veg week 8. Filling in very nicely. I plan to flip the lights in 3 days from today. The next big stretch I’ll use to fill in the remaining open areas and raise the net.

Blue Haze veg week 5. I injured one main lead trying to LST too low... might recover but if not I’ll manage to fill in the net still.

Purple Haze Week in limbo. 12/12 light switch coming up on a week. I consider this a limbo or in between stage where the plant acclimates to the new schedule and light. I start counting official flower days upon signs of budding. I will be doing a heavy trim this weekend underneath. Expecting a big stretch soon.

Blue Haze veg week 6. *sigh* she’s doing good but giving me trouble the whole way. These branches are thick, even on new growth. I broke two more branches doing some LST. Ouch...but the one I broke earlier is coming back. it’s ok she will fill in. So far behind tho.. 3 more weeks till switch.

Purple Haze flower week 1. She’s making her final stretch now. Tucking what I can. Supercrop the middle ones to keep even canopy. Added a small fan. Cleared out most of the under foliage.

Blue Haze veg week 7. Adding SCROG net next week. Pushing good amongst everything she’s been through. 2 more weeks till flip.

Plants lost power for one light cycle. No big deal. Sat in window sunlight until power returned.

Purple Haze flower week 2. She looks so beautiful. Removed more lower vegetation. Few holes for good ventilation. I will leave her alone until harvest unless something unwanted arises.

Blue Haze veg week 8. After this week I’ll do one or two more weeks of veg. She’s been a challenge and I’ve read this strain is difficult. I never dealt with such a fragile plant tissue wise. It’s tough to SCROG. Lots of super cropping just to be able to tuck. That tall upright lead is for my buddy to clone. Should be ready to cut before I flip lights.

Blue Haze veg week 9. Letting her go one more week. Let her stretch a little more. I can’t hold off any longer as I’m already off schedule. Had to deal with another PH issue. Clone for my buddy will be cut real soon. Give time for her to fill back in.

Blue Haze veg week 10. This is the last week of veg. Light change happens Friday. Not at full as I wanted but I’m glad she’s doing well now. Clone is cut down and I trained her some more.
